By creating an account or using sikim, you agree to these terms.

The service

sikim supplies its own social-media marketing services (such as followers, likes and views) at wholesale prices. Delivery times and results depend on the social platforms involved and on factors outside our control, so they are provided on a best-effort basis rather than guaranteed.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account, your API key, and all activity under it.
• One person or business per account unless agreed otherwise.

Payments & balance

• Deposits are added to your account balance and used to place orders.
• Crypto payments are final once confirmed. Underpaid invoices are credited with the amount actually received.
• Balance is for ordering services and is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, to target others abusively, or in violation of the terms of the platforms the services apply to.

Refunds & partials

If an order is not delivered or is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is refunded to your account balance automatically where the provider reports it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for actions taken by social platforms against target accounts. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
